.13. Quiet Hours:Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests can enjoy a restful environment. We ask all guests to refrain from loud activities during these hours
14. No SmokingSmoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of the guesthouse. Guests wishing to smoke must use designated smoking areas outside the building. A cleaning fee may be charged for non-compliance.
15. Severance: If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining portions will continue in effect.
